Hey there!

Hello! I’m Ika, an engineer turned manager turned dancer turned actor turned yogi, with a love for exploring life from every possible angle. I’ve worn a lot of hats – some planned, some entirely accidental – but the thread that ties it all together is curiosity and a drive to make things better, whether that’s in the boardroom, on stage, or within myself.

This space is where I share what I’ve learned about leadership, burnout, creativity, and finding meaning in the mess of it all. I use AI to refine my writing and generate graphics (because why not embrace the tech?), but rest assured, the thoughts, stories, and beliefs here are entirely mine. I also keep all the cringy AI monstrosities, like six finger hands for the amusement.
